Overview

Northwind is a logistics team of 120 engineers that adopted Loop to replace synchronous status meetings with async updates their whole team actually reads.

Within the first quarter, the impact showed up where it matters most: 6h saved per engineer / week. Blockers now surface automatically, weekly digests keep stakeholders aligned, and engineers spend more time shipping and less time reporting.
