A Slack-side rate limit caused a 6-minute backlog on standup notifications. We added exponential backoff and the queue cleared in 22 minutes.

Database failover landed midway through a migration. Customer data was untouched but the dashboard returned 503s for 14 minutes. Migration is now staged.
