This Data Processing Addendum applies when we process personal data on your behalf as a processor in connection with the service, and forms part of our agreement with you.
You act as the controller of the personal data you submit to the service, and we act as the processor. We process that data only on your documented instructions, unless required otherwise by law.
We use a limited set of vetted subprocessors to help deliver the service. We require each subprocessor to provide a level of data protection consistent with this addendum and remain responsible for their performance.
Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to ensure the data remains protected.
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, and we assist you in responding to data subject requests and security incidents as required by applicable law.
