Six rules
- One template per team. Everyone touching the same questions makes digests usable.
- Voice for retros, text for status. Voice carries nuance; text is grep-able.
- Friday digest > Monday meeting. Read on a couch, not in front of a calendar.
- Onboard in three updates, not three docs. New engineers learn faster from real updates.
- Skip when sick. Loop's PTO mode prevents "I'm working through it" guilt.
- The first month is loud. Trust the digest by week six. Or sooner if you're ruthless.
