What we learned running Loop on Loop

Six rules

1. One template per team. Everyone touching the same questions makes digests usable.
2. Voice for retros, text for status. Voice carries nuance; text is grep-able.
3. Friday digest > Monday meeting. Read on a couch, not in front of a calendar.
4. Onboard in three updates, not three docs. New engineers learn faster from real updates.
5. Skip when sick. Loop's PTO mode prevents "I'm working through it" guilt.
6. The first month is loud. Trust the digest by week six. Or sooner if you're ruthless.
